The item being sold are lens cleaning wipes for your valuable optics:

The wipes are lintless and are made from highly biodegradable cellulose paper. The wipes can be used for your valuable optics, filters and other polished optical surfaces. They are packed in a sealed off ziplock bag and should be stored under normal, dry conditions.

Blow off any hard debris from your optical surface. Slightly moisten the paper with  a suitable lens cleaning solution and wipe your optical surfaces in a circular motion removing any marks or smears. Never use the paper when it’s dry because it increases the risk of scratches. Single use only. Never spray a cleaning solution directly on your optical surface.

One pack includes 50 sheets of lens cleaning paper.
